Applications and T-Shirt Order:
- May 1st, 2025 will be here soon! This is the deadline for camp applications AND t-shirt orders for staff AND campers. Applications and t-shirt orders will NOT be accepted after the deadline unless extenuating circumstances occur.

- Suggestion: Complete and submit application even if you're not 100% sure as it's easier to remove vs. add after the deadline has passed.
- Safety is a top priority! Please, please, please make sure the application has current health/allergy information on application so that our kitchen staff, nurse/health aids, etc. plan appropriately and are best prepared.

ALL ages are welcome!
- Campers 5 and Under: We just ask that children 5 and under come with a parent/adult
who will assume responsibility for them during camp. Children 2 and under MUST stay in the cabin with their parent/adult. We will have classes for children ages 3-5 so that
parents/adults can have a break and attend the adult class. - Campers 6+: Campers 6 and up can come by themselves as campers and stay in a
cabin with other campers around their age group with supervision by a cabin leader.
Payment/Tuition:

- Campers: $95 per camper and includes all meals, lodging, activities, etc.
- We offer a Family Savings Plan for those attending from the SAME household
and campers ages 6 and up. Note: Staff are EXCLUDED from the Family
Savings Plan. - Ages 3-5: $20 per child
- Ages 2 and Under: Free
- Staff: $50* (Ages 18 and up)
- Snack Cards are NOT included with tuition. They can be purchased for $5 each.
- No deposit is required. Payment can be made in advance or at check-in.

campers/staff attending from your local church with one check, it's greatly
helpful and appreciative!

Camper Check-In and Check-Out Procedures:
- Please help our staff by arriving during the check-in window on the first day of camp and arriving during the check-out window on the last day of camp.
- ALL campers MUST BE picked up no later than 11 am on the last day of camp and SIGNED OUT by an authorized adult (18+) listed on the camp application! Thank You for your help!
Recreation:
- We typically have the opportunity to participate in the Rock-Climbing Wall, Large Swing,
Zip Line, Blob, Paddle Boats, Canoes, Fishing, and additional Pond Activities while at
Camp. We have certified facilitators on site operating all the activities.- To participate, campers MUST have parent/guardian permission (marked on camper application). Campers that DO NOT have parent/guardian permission to participate will have alternative activities to participate in instead.
- Campers and Staff will have the opportunity (weather permitting) to go swimming and participate in pond activities during designated times.
- The swim times will be private (boys/girls separated) with a lifeguard on duty. We plan to have two lifeguards at camp!
- Campers and staff should be fully covered (dressed appropriately and adhering to dress code) while walking down to the pond and when leaving the pond (a towel/robe for body covering is not sufficient) but can wear swim/pond attire at the pond.
- Campers and staff MUST wear a life jacket when participating in ALL pond activities. No exceptions!
- To participate on the inflatables, no zippers or anything on bathing suits/pond clothes that could potentially cut/snag the inflatable can be worn.
The Church of God NC Family Camp Dress Code:
- To all church services:
- Girls should wear dresses or skirts (length must be below the knee).
- Boys should wear jeans/slacks.
- The following clothes are NOT permitted: (When in doubt, don't pack!)
- Shorts
- Pants with holes above the knees
- Tank tops
- Sheer fabrics
- Sleeveless tops
- No cut-offs
- No bare stomach or back showing (Hallelujah test: Raise both your hands and if skin is showing, please don't pack and bring to camp).
- No low-cut
- No leggings/jeggings (or tight pants)
- Any clothes with inappropriate or offensive words on it
- Girls may wear capris, but they must be below the knee.
- All personal items should be marked with a camper's name! Camping staff will not be
responsible for missing or damaged clothing, electronics, or items left on the
campground. - Children ages 5 and under are not held under the full-dress code, BUT they need to be
covered at all times!
Staff:
- In addition to submitting a completed staff application, ALL staff must fill out the
Background Consent Form AND have a Pastor Endorsement completed by the May 1st,
2025 deadline. Pastors should have an Overseer endorsement completed! - Our goal is to utilize our adults/staff ages 18+ first! We want those under 18 to have the
opportunity to attend and enjoy NC Family Camp as a camper and receive all the
blessings of God while here.- Important: For ages 15-17 interested in helping at Family Camp, there's no
quarantee, but you should complete a staff application (pay camper tuition) and
have a pastor's endorsement completed prior to the May 1$ deadline.

- Staff will be assigned a room in the staff building or a cabin. We will try our best to
accommodate special requests, however, it is not guaranteed and is a request. - Staff will be notified of camp responsibilities prior to the start of camp (goal is no later
than May 31st). - Staff should plan to arrive no later than 1 pm for a mandatory staff meeting in the
cafeteria. We will begin promptly at 1 pm as we've got much to cover.
